Because items are personalized, they cannot be returned for any other reason.

If for any reason there is an issue with a product that is not personalized, including damage in transit, please contact us for return instructions at contact@familytreetraditions.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition received and in the original packaging for a refund. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
